COACE® W5A is a glycidyl methacrylate modified polyolefin elastomer with high grafted rate. Low influence for the MFR of compounds, and low glass transition temperature.
Product Description
COACE® W5A is a glycidyl methacrylate modified polyolefin elastomer with high grafted ratio. The reactive epoxy groups bring good adhesion between the polyester and infilled materials, also improve the compatibility between different polyesters. Elastic polyolefin as the polymer matrix of W5A offer toughening effect to the polyester and polyester compounds.
Typical Application
To be used as toughener in polyester materials and their compounds, like PBT, PET, PC, etc. To be used as inhibitor for most polyester blending compounds, such as PBT/PC, PET/PC, etc.To be used as coupling agent in polyester base composite compounds, such as PBT/GF, PBT/Talc, PBT/FR/GF, PET/GF, etc.
